Before joining strengths to form this team, our members enjoyed extended careers at senior levels as either management consultants or freelancers. The core team consist of professionals with experience in Management, Computer Science, Corporate law, Banking Law, European funding management, and Construction management.
Ms. Katerina Liakou studied Computer Science and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She began her career in computer science, switching after 10 years of work as a System Analyst and Project Manager, to the status of independent consultant. In 15 years of providing consultancy services, she had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.
Ms. Liakou has served as Project Manager of Co-Funded Programs as well as Project Manager in Planning and Implementation of IT Projects for Public Sector. She has also undertaken and concluded the elaboration of both Operational Plans and Projects Evaluation for IT projects funded be the Co-funded Programs for digital development in Greece.
The last 10 years she had the opportunity to design interesting investment plans for companies operating in different economic sectors and support the process of completion, as well as the procedure to join in appropriate incentives aid (Investment Law N.2601, N.3299 , N.3908 , NSRF etc.). Her portfolio includes investments in the tourism sector (hotels Establishments and Extensions), Trade, Services (Logistics) and Production (industries).

- Design and implementation of development programs and investments, as well as preparation and support of the assertion and use of subsidies.
- Implementation of feasibility studies.
2. Management Consulting, mainly in the area of large IT projects for public administration bodies (Technical Support Consultant).

- Reorganization and adaptation of Public Sector Organizations and Agencies.
- Development of Strategic and Operational Plans for Public Sector Organizations and Agencies.
- Studies Development – Curating e-Government actions
- Design and Evaluation of Operational Programmes in a capacity of Special Expert.
- Implementation, management and monitoring of European Programs / Initiatives from the position of Project Manager.
- Preparation and drafting of business plans under the OP "Information Society " and "Digital Convergence".

- Studies, Development - Curing Actions & Design systems for public sector bodies.
- Design, development and implementation of information systems for private companies in various sectors of the economy ( Tourism , Trade , Services, Production ).
